"We tried not to nitpick as hotel is new. But by the end of our 4 nights stay, we were really disappointed. This is not an establishment living up to Accor standard. Just some of the things that did not go down well: 1) We found hair twice - once on a plate at the breakfast buffet & once at the bottom of an acai bowl we ordered from the restaurant. 2) Room was not cleaned properly - stains leftover from previous lodger in room and toilet. "Such a beautiful, spotlessly clean hotel! I felt completely at home throughout my stay. What truly made it special was the staff—everyone was incredibly warm, kind, and attentive. They seemed to anticipate every wish before I even had to ask. When I return to Bali, I would happily stay here again. Thank you to the whole team for such a wonderful experience. I wholeheartedly recommend this hotel!"

"I absolutely loved my stay here! The hotel is brand new, everything is clean and well-maintained, and the surroundings are peaceful and relaxing. It was the perfect place to unwind and recharge. The accommodation also makes it easy to explore the area, with various activities and services available, including waterfall tours, horse riding nearby, and transfers to the rice fields and Ubud. Everything was so well arranged, making my stay even more enjoyable. I had such a wonderful time and left...

"The staff was so welcoming and the views from our room were stunning"

"This hotel is seriously underrated! The property is beautifully designed, combining modern style with iconic Balinese elements. Everything was super clean, the staff were incredibly friendly, and the whole place had a peaceful and tranquil atmosphere. The pool and jacuzzi were lovely, and the restaurant was also excellent. Overall, we had a fantastic experience and great value for money. I would definitely recommend Anumana Hotel to anyone visiting Ubud."
