"When I arrived at the hotel, my phone fell out of my pocket while getting out of the taxi. Even though I was unnerved by the whole situation, the hotel staff were extremely helpful, courteous and patient with me in tracking down the taxi driver. The staff even arranged for a room call when the taxi driver returned an hour later. I can't thank them and their management enough. They were incredibly professional, and well trained. And of course, the check-in process couldn’t have gone any easier....

"Very convenient location just next to the Busan station . Easy transport access to many other parts of Busan as bus stops and metro is just outside the hotel . There are cafe and restaurants in this area but not a fantastic selections . Rooms are decently sized but bath room is tiny for big sized people "
