"I stayed at this hotel while attending a work event in Greece. While there were some aspects of my stay that I genuinely enjoyed, particularly the bar, rooftop, and welcoming staff, the room itself was incredibly disappointing.
To put it simply, my room was outdated, poorly arranged, and nothing like what was advertised on the hotel's website. There were three beds seemingly placed randomly in the middle of the floor, with very little thought given to the overall layout or comfort. What made the...
"There were no wash cloths in the room The water in the shower only trickled out. We noticed mildew or mold in the shower. The hair dryer was hard to use. The breakfast was the only thing we thought was reasonably priced with a good buffet."
"The hotel and rooftop pool are beautiful. However like many places in Europe there is no separate seating around the rooftop pool and restaurant for smokers so you end up with smoke smell all around you. In Canada this is like going back in time a decade or more and it was really annoying. The staff do nothing to address it even if there are many tables free farther along the patio but it’s your problem if someone sits beside you and starts smoking. I don’t understand why this is allowed in...
"We absolutely loved this hotel. The fridge in the room was nice and cold. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was delicious. The air conditioning worked very well for us. The view from the rooftop bar was absolutely breathtaking!!! We will definitely stay here again if we come back!!"
"I loved the location very convenient to go out any direction. You can walk around or take a train, taxi, hop on hop off , public transit.
I suggest maybe pay attention to your lobby area needs some cleaning at the storage area update the furniture. Overall place is very clean.
Staff is very friendly and helpful.
First day bothered me the most too much Graffiti in the city but after few days I got used to it."
"Lack luster. Our first room was like a large closet and depressing is the best description. We had to upgrade and cost $20 to get another room. I will definitely never stay here again and for the price point can find something better."
"Great location in the heart of an upscale shopping district with an amazing view of the Acropolis from the rooftop bar/restaurant.
The property is a bit dated but the staff is very nice and helpful. Higher end hotels and venues are nearby."
"The rooms are small and dark. Walls are painted black and washroom block is a cube of black glass and it smells (drains?). Ventilation in the washroom/shower is almost absent, therefore the room fogs up tremendously. Almost no room to open suitcases. The airco in the room works fine and does not make much noise. The hallways are kinda creepy with black painted walls and a hand holding the door number. The money I paid to stay here is way too much for what it offers. Bad deal. I baptise this "the...
