Not the best hotels I’ve stayed in. AC was broken. Informed the staff and they acted non-urgently about the situation. The location isn’t close to the Plaka or city center. It’s about a 25 minute walk.

Staff were very helpful and welcoming. Rooms were clean. Breakfast was lovely. Hotel was really handy for main railway /metro station giving easy access to the whole network.

On arrival to the hotel I was surprised about how terrible the area looks it's a pity as Athens is really beautiful and full of life. So many cultures intertwined. The hotel is absolutely perfect in every other way. We got a great upgrade to a massive suite. And enjoyed using the pool. Staff were extremely helpful and food was good.
