"The hotel is across Copacabana Beach, so very easy access. All staff very courteous and helpful in solving issues. All main areas clean, including our room on 14 floor with a view on the Christ the Reedemer in a far. We didn't use the roof top pool or the bar, but it has a nice view on the beach.The breakfast in the cafeteria is served from 6am and such a variety of delicious, freshly prepared food to choose from, too. it was great stay! Highly recommended."

In the particular case of this stay, my disappointment is due to the following facts: 1) I was placed in room 228, next to a restaurant with very loud live music, until the early hours of the morning.
