The Pensacola Beach Resort

"We found another persons belongings in our room, so I question how well the room was clean. Also, the restaurant in the lobby took our name and said it'd be 15 minutes. So we sat and waited for almost an hour and was never called. We ordered delivery instead. Aside from that, the hotel is beautiful, the room was beautiful and spaceous, staff were friendly except for one at the front desk that was too busy speaking badly about a customer on the phone than to help a cusyomer at the desk."

"Loved the pool and lazy river but they seemed to need cleaning. Breakfast got old but they all do. Staff, including housekeepers, were great. Waiters were great at Beach Social were great as were the bartenders at the pool. Could definitely do without the woman blasting music at the pool Friday and Saturday. Ran people off including me. Pool should be relaxing area. Why charge for parking in an ungated property and never issue permits? Doors slamming at all hours was annoying."
