"Hotel was perfect location. Yes the walks were hilly but managable. Room was clean comfy beds very spacious. Only think is the heat in the room. Fan barly does anything. Overall we had a fantastic 2 night stay. Used the spa facilities. "

"After driving for 4 hours we arrived here . We went into the pub to check in and was told to go over to reception desk.We stood there for about 10 mins with staff just walking by us. "The grounds and garden views were beautiful. It was very quiet and tranquil. Buildings exterior was beautiful. The inside lobby, bar, lounge were lovely decorated and accessories to tie in very grand. The beds were comfortable. But on a down side the bedrooms however i felt didnt match up with the rest i personally thought they needed some refreshing up....thats when you could eventually get into the room we had issues with this which when we mentioned it to reception its a known fact people...

Unfortunately, our double room was very small and had barely enough room to walk around the bed. Smart bathroom but on balance, the room was very expensive and didn't provide value for money"
