"Property definitely needs updating rust by the pool waterfall I stepped on a nail inside the pool put staff was awesome room was clean and other then the overpriced breakfast the pool drinks and food where reasonably priced"

Uno de los puntos más negativos fue el servicio en el bar, donde prácticamente no recibimos la atención adecuada y siempre encontrábamos una actitud negativa por parte del personal. "Very clean and enjoyed the stay. Needs a microwave in the room but thats my only complaint. Beach was not too busy in this area either."

"Young lady at the front desk the day of my check in was not pleasant. Very passive attitude not at all welcoming. I called back after my check out to get clarity on she answered without helping and no interest to help with my issue. When I called back she looked into the issue in under a minute which she could’ve done the first time."

"Beautiful historic waterfront property where we watched dolphins every morning as we ate our delicious breakfast. The room was clean and spacious. The staff were always friendly and helpful. Lots of attention to detail every where you looked. The location was close to Daytona which was perfect for our two days at Rockville. The New Smyrna public beach was so close and an excellent place to relax. We would 100% stay here again!"

"Clean room. Wonderful staff. Glorious view from room, oceanfront pool, and outdoor gas grills made this place amazing. Great for a weekend or an extended stay. The staff are all amazing and incredibly accommodating. Having a full kitchen with dishes and everything necessary to cook was exceptional. We plan to stay here every time we are in the area. Convenient access to Orlando, hour drive on I-4. "
