"way better than expected, the staff was amazing, room was clean. the room also came with red dao soap to take an herbal bath with, super healing. 10/10"
"We were upgraded to a suite in exchange for a 5-star review.
Pros:
The suite was perfect.
The breakfast was excellent.
The view was spectacular.
The staff were very kind and helpful.
The hotel's location was perfect.
Cons:
The hotel is very noisy.
The Wi-Fi was extremely slow—practically unusable.
The game room was run-down.
The pool was fake—just for show."
"I like that it’s location near to the night market and other shops.
I didn’t like their breakfast was very poor with different kind of food and they don’t have iron to provide customers rooms but they support to iron internally with free of charge.
No too many labors to support and no more guests there
I would like to say thanks for Mr. Zoo because he tried to fix many disasters in the hotel and do his best to understand our needs and get our satisfaction."
"Hotel feels a bit dated. Amenities in the room are very basic. Water pressure for the shower is low. Good mountain view. Friendly staff. Decent breakfast buffet."
"Ville De Mont Mountain Resort is truly a one-of-a-kind luxury experience in Sapa. The architecture is stunning and unique, blending beautifully with the surrounding mountains and creating a signature style you won’t find anywhere else.
The views are absolutely breathtaking — waking up to the panoramic mountain scenery feels almost unreal. Every corner of the resort is designed to maximize that incredible natural beauty.
What really makes the stay unforgettable is the staff. The service is...
