"I like that it’s location near to the night market and other shops.
I didn’t like their breakfast was very poor with different kind of food and they don’t have iron to provide customers rooms but they support to iron internally with free of charge.
No too many labors to support and no more guests there

"호텔 위치나 전반적 직원들의 친절도 및 청결함은 만족스러웠음. 다만 이 호텔의 가장 단점은 그 나라 관광객들이 꽤 옴....가족단위 관광객들도 많음. 그래서 진짜 애들이 뛰어다니고...꽥꽥거리고... 그 나라 관광객들은 특히 문도 쾅쾅 목소리도 크고 최악이었음...ㅠ 호텔의 잘못은 아니지만 서양인들은 다 조용하고 좋은데 중동쪽 가족단위나 그 나라 관광객 가족단위들은 시끄럽고....어쨌든 덕분에 방을 두번이나 바꿈..ㅎ"
"Beautiful hotel situated outside the downtown area of Sapa yet very accessible with Grab motorbike transport or cars! The views were stunning and the pool was a nice addition. Super small gym but it’s a gym! There is construction going on a new property being built directly next to this hotel but I was out most days and the noise didn’t bother me."
"None of the listed amenities actually exist. No pool. No spa. Horrible location way out on the edge of town.
On the positive side, the girl at the front desk was very helpful. She helped me get a train ticket out of Lao Cai. I was going to stay three nights but left after one. Also the bed was nice and comfortable after a few weeks of hard traveling.
Oh, and there was supposed to be a free breakfast but there was no cook so it consisted of a cup of really bad cold coffee.

"Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Aufenthalt hier mit sehr zuvorkommenden Angestellten.
Wir konnten vorzeitig unser Zimmer beziehen und auch nach dem Check out noch im Hotel bleiben, was unsere Weiterreise sehr angenehm gemacht hat.
Hervorzuheben ist die Pho beim Frühstück, absolut lecker! Der Pool war frisch befüllt und sehr sauber. Und eben das große Entgegenkommen der Angestellten."
"Loved the staff. They work very hard to make you comfortable. The hotel was nice, just needs a little freshening up. The location/view would have been incredible. Unfortunately we picked a foggy weekend for our visit. "
