"This hotel is very convenient to the La Spezia train station at around 100 yards from the exit. If you are using La Spezia Sa hub to visit Cinque Terra and Pisa this hotel is perfectly located. You can walk too many restaurants but don’t have to lug your bags deep into the city upon arrival. We had a room with a king bed on the ground floor but it wasn’t noisy at all. The property has invested in very good windows to keep nose way down. Our room was very modern and clean and quite spacious....

"The room was very nice and spacious. The bathroom was in need of a refurb, particularly the walk in shower which leaked all over the floor. The staff were all very helpful and friendly. Our room was a 2 room suite with a large balcony overlooking the sea - absolutely stunning views. Breakfast buffet was very nice with a large selections. "This is a wonderful hotel with a Michelin rated restaurant and other fine amenities. Our room was comfortable and had a nice balcony overlooking the adjacent hills and countryside. "I loved my stay at Cinqueterre Residence so much. The owners provide so much helpful information before and after check in. It was very good for finding the place, picking restaurants to try, and finding hiking paths. They are wonderful hosts. They helped me arrange a taxi when I left and always filled my water bottle. "This was an excellent choice for a day trip to Cinque Terra. Shert walk to the station and then 10 minutes to start Cinque Terra tour from the north. Much quieter than La Spezia and local secret I think. Right on the beach. The hosts were lovely people and though I booked the day later it was no trouble to change for me.
