"Everything about the hotel was fabulous. All staff were friendly, welcoming and polite. Good location. Breakfast was fantastic with a great selection of food and drinks. Plenty of shops and bars around the hotel. Convenient location for the coop live arena and the Etihad Stadium. All in all a great place to stay. Thank you to everyone who looked after us during our stay."

"Excellent choice if using Manchester Piccadilly"

"We stayed on the second floor facing Lower Mosley Street and unfortunately could hear the trams. The floor boards from the room above also disturbed our sleep. We were only staying for one night - the staff apologised and acknowledged the issues when we raised it when checking out, which was appreciated."
