"A 5* experience in a beautiful location with a fabulous room with balcony. The stylish interior design, a la Philippe Starck, and personal touches only added to the overall experience. The level of service was exceptional and the general manager Edgar was extremely kind, informative, helpful and compassionate, and all front of house, waiting and other staff were helpful and polite. The enclosed swimming pool (open 24hrs) and sauna were fab as was the breakfast buffet. An amazing experience. "

"Good basic Appart’hotel. Rooms were spacious enough and the outdoor pool was nice for a dip. The indoor pool with sauna etc definitely gave the standard of the hotel a boost. Nice 1 mile walk along the coastline into the city centre, or the bus stop is close to the hotel. Areas for improvement/watch-outs….. our room was not cleaned once in 4 days. "A superb location for seeing Biarritz on foot. It is in a quiet town centre square (virtually no cars) with sea views from balconies. If driving into Biarritz there is a public underground car park just a few yards away. The airport is as close as it could be (20-25 euro taxi fare) but the train station is surprisingly quite a long way (15 -20 euro taxi fare) although plenty of buses.
