"We had a renovated room which was nice, unfortunately it had a terrible view (a roof top only - with pigeons). The hotel is very large and confusing to get around. The pool was a bit of a disappointment (far to find, small, looked dirty) . Staff at check in were nice. Restaurant buffet breakfast was very pricey for what was offered (nothing special about it for $28 a person). Strange parking arrangements - had to park outside as my car was too tall for the garage. Strange elevator set up....

"The location was great - it right in the middle of Quebec City. The hotel was very clean. The disappointment was: my wife wasn't feeling well and we had to leave a day early - we were charged the full amount for the amount and then charged for the breakfast the next day (which we didn't use)."

"Bed was very comfortable. Location was excellent. Room and hotel was clean and great ambiance. For what we paid (1500+ for two nights), we were disappointed. It was a small room, low ceilings, no view, no balcony. We didn’t receive turn down service first night, even though we told the person we were leaving in 5 minutes. She just handed us two chocolates. No bike rentals, no pool, no hottub, restaurant was closed for both days, breakfast was not included and cost an extra $45/pp. We don’t mind...
