The establishment appeared to be a bit out from the centre but in reality wasn’t. The cathedral could be reached in less than a 15 minute walk and the T1 bus to Biarritz stopped outside. "The property fell short of its 4 star rating and our expectations. The lighting in the kitchen/main room did not work. The hot water in the shower was exhausted rather quickly.
