"We booked a room with Eiffel Tower View, I paid extra for it, mind you it's our 10 year anniversary which only happens once in a lifetime, when we got there got told in a rudely manner that the room is unavailable and we have to stay in a room with two single beds and no Eiffel Tower View(which I paid for and booked ahead of time) as that is the only one room available in the entire hotel(basically go elsewhere or stay in that room). 9 times out of 10 staff were rude and unwelcoming. " Overall nice. Room was clean & peaceful. If you come from T2, go to the “train station” to take the CDGVAL to T3. Took 30’, 25” walk (I’m neither young nor healthy). Neighborhood is hotels and corporate buildings. Roissy Pôle is not the best area; I crossed path with “scarry” individuals. Hotel is easy to find, straight from the Roissy Pôle exit. Colorful commons area, ambiance is energetic, “hype” and trendy (co-working/open space/hub)-a lot going on. Better be a technophile or computer...

"breakfast was very good, and the shuttle back to the airport early morning was perfect.
Missed the last shuttle the night before because plane was too late, but quick Taxi ( should of been about 16 Euro, but taxi driver charged me double) because I didn't know.
Wished I could of stayed longer to enjoy the pool, but it was a forced layover with AIr France.

"Very bad . The receptionist asked me to pay 200 euros as a security deposit even though I had paid the full amount on the booking site. Very unpleasant smell inside the room and corridors. It was a bad experience and I will not repeat it again. I am very sad. If it was early, I would have moved to another place, but I arrived late."

"Minpunten: badkamer en slaapgedeelte niet echt afgesloten. Enkel dubbele bedden. Ramen kunnen niet open. Matras iets te hard.
Pluspunten: vlakbij station, heel lekker en gevarieerd ontbijt, goede kussens in bed. Geen geluid van buiten. 24h per dag koffie, thee en water beschikbaar."
