"One of my favorite hotels once I reach Gaziantep. Everything is just done the right way except that my first arrival I didn't know that I should ask which room that I prefer, they have just let me stay in a room near the elevator which is not comfortable for me and they refused to change it. Also, most of the staff were not speaking english. "The hotel is very clean and the rooms are comfortable. The staff are very helpful. My only suggestions would be to improve on the breakfasts served every morning. No change each day. Also the programming offered on Television are not catering to English speaking visitors at all. Other than that I highly recommend the hotel, the location is ideal. "
