"The location of this property could not be any better. We love being able to walk to restaurants or to Times Square or Central Park and under 15 minutes. It’s also fairly quiet (for midtown) being one block off of fifth Avenue."

"I was very disappointed with my stay at this hotel. The room was much smaller than expected, making it uncomfortable for a longer stay. In addition, the housekeeping service was below standard. The staff seemed to focus only on cleaning the bathroom, while the rest of the room was often left untouched and not properly cleaned. Overall, the room size and poor housekeeping significantly affected my experience, and I do not feel that the hotel met the standards I expected."

"Perfect location right off of Times Square. In the heart of the theater district. Walkable to restaurant row in Hells Kitchen."

"the shower don’t work, don’t have something in the glass for cover you a make you feel more in privacy. The bed were dirtyyy! Be careful a lot of hair under the sheets. Nasty. Never go There in my life again."

"The location is great, and the staff were nice. But the building is terribly undermaintained. The blinds in the room were broken and dirty. The mirror in the bathroom was warped and there were burn marks on the counter in the washroom. The room was so scented with air freshener that my partner had terrible asthma. There was nothing in the mini bar. There was garbage under the desk when we first arrived. I could go on. But I won’t. Not worth the money."

"The hotel has an excellent location, spacious rooms, friendly staff, and fast elevators. Housekeeping was also good. However, the rooms are outdated, the furniture and bathrooms need renovation, the carpet had an unpleasant smell, and the lighting was poor. There was also some minor noise. Considering the high price, the overall experience was disappointing. I definitely wouldn’t stay here again."

"The location is good if you want proximity to subways, theaters, and action. It is a terrible location if you want a night of sleep. The room is a shoebox but you expect that in NYC. This room was noteworthy in its lack of space. The bed was boxes in the back of the room such that I had to crawl over my husband to get in and out. There was absolutely no access other than one side. There were no drawers. Instead, there are about 20 hooks on the walls to hang … everything. There is no closet....

"The staff in this property was very friendly and helpful! The property itself had some issues that were address when I checked out but I’ll stay again because of staff."

"Wonderful 😊"

"I did the breakfast buffet twice and the first day the food was close to what I would say was cold except for the oatmeal. I went back the second day thinking it wasn’t always like that always but it was. I was very disappointed"

"Good stay! I had some maintenance issues during my stay with the plumbing and AC, but the staff were courteous and addressed it properly. The hotel restaurant and bar was also quite good! One thing I’d recommend to the hotel is extending their breakfast hours, as it gets very crowded just before closing (at 9:30AM)."
