"Excellent customer service the rooms were very clean the only let down was the breakfast poor quality napkins also fruit and continental breakfast was very poor the English breakfast was good quality and plentiful they just have to up the other options as for the star establishment it lets it down"

I could not find temperature controls, nor instructions, nor a fan and there was no window to open. Just the doors to the patio - lovely but quite vunerable on the first floor

"The room we had was clean but very small and we had to climb up 2 flights of stairs because the room was right up the top off the inn staff were very friendly and helpful the breakfast that we had was excellent and the roast dinner was superb cleaning staff were excellent and very friendly the bar area was oldie, worlde but needs some attention the ship inn is in a very good place for all amenities"
"Charming pub in a very good location in Tenterden high street - excellent if visiting Chapeldown or the Kent and Sussex Railway. Our room was very spacious and the bed was super comfy. Staff were very friendly, breakfast was good. and a secure car park is included with the stay.
