"The people that were so helpful knowledgeable about things they helped me with getting tickets to the airport. They have a shuttle bus which was reasonably priced. They have snacks there the rooms are very clean and spacious monitored bathrooms. It’s very quiet."

"Hotel is perfect if you just want to have somewhere to sleep if you are heading to Gatwick. Basic. But quadruple room was perfect for us. Parking is an extra £5. Beds comfortable. Room and bathroom clean. 3 miles drive to APH if you are parking there. Which we were. So perfect. Having driven down from Macclesfield."
"We were not given the correct room for our booking initially and found gifts in the room allocated for other guests. We reported the mistake as it would have been easy to simply accept the room and free wine but it was important that my daughter slept on a proper bed not pull out bed the night before a flight to Australia. Their error wasn’t really acknowledged ."
