"Overall I cannot fault this place. The reason I have given only 4 stars and not 5 is for the fact the bar after 11pm will not accept card or cash payments for alcohol. All drinks to be added to your room. Plus levels of staff were low especially with the number's in the bar after a gig. Dont get me wrong, the staff who were working were great. Just needed more."

"Bad experienced with my check-in. Rude young lady with fancy nail polish in the reception table. They dont wear name tags so you cant name names here. So i came in 2:20pm for my check-in monday, i was nice and she gave me negative energy vibes. She told me i have to wait at 3:00pm to check-in becoz the room is not ready. So i waited for 40mins then went back to check, i was first in the line but she calls out people next and ignored me, i didnt mind it but when it was my turn she rudely told me...
