"The hotel was clean but we stayed 6 nights and the bedsheets were not changed once even when they got dirty. Also the floors of the room were not cleaned very well. The stay was comfortable and the staff lovely but the walls are quite thin and so we could hear the person in the next room coughing and snoring,"
"This hotel was the relaxing stopover we needed on our wild Atlantic way trip. Each hotel guest gets one hour complimentary access to the spa facilities. There’s also a steam room & hot tub by the pool. The spa staff squeezed us in last minute, which we greatly appreciated! The newly renovated rooms are very comfortable - we all had a great nights sleep. The breakfast was included (even though it said we’d have to pay at the property on Expedia). However the breakfast and dinner were disappointing.
The breakfast buffet was poor - and the à la carte was limited . Considering the location surprising that there no fish on offer -2 varieties of irish breakfast?
Why no local produce ?
The dinner was mediocre and overpriced.

"Hotel is situated within the Killarney National Park. Very easy, well planned, maintain paths that you can walk or bike throughout the entire park, as well as it takes you into town so easily."
"Sandra, the innkeeper is a GOAT. The house is lovely, the morning breakfast over the top in terms of selection. Location quiet and serene. Easy access to the town of Tralee and on the route to the Dingle peninsula. I highly recommend staying here for a relaxing stay"

"What a special place. You immediately feel comfortable when you first walk in. The room we stayed in was large with plenty of space for 3 of us and a spectacular view. The pool was a nice bonus to soak in after a long day. It’s a short walk into town but far enough out that you aren’t in the middle of the hustle and bustle. "
"The views are fantastic, and the host and Granny Mary had been wonderful. We all enjoyed the stay and would go back again. The woodwork in the house was amazing.
