"I got upgraded which was nice. The room was big but the bed was not comfortable. My biggest complaint was the WiFi did not work, I had to call the front desk 4 times to ask. Each time they immediately put me on hold and didn’t come back. When I finally got through they essentially said there wasn’t anything they could do. When traveling internationally WiFi is very important so I would have liked them to a make a bit more of an effort to resolve the issue. Breakfast here was fantastic though,...
