"This hotel has friendly staff, is close to major touristic spots, and we found it a very comvenient solution for our needs. Could it be better? Of course. Yet, the couple of things that we brougt up to the support staff were resolved within minutes and that is to be appreciated."

"The location right across the street from Central Park is fantastic for the price, especially considering this hotel is literally next door to The Plaza where Home Alone 2 was filmed. Also, the bed was the best I’ve ever slept on."

I booked a premium room, it was big and spacious with good amenities, however no view from the room, it was on 10th floor, not sure if higher floors have better views but when i asked to change i was told its gonna be the same even from higher floors.. The only real negative point for me was the noise coming from the adjacent room through...
