"The hotel was well maintained. The staff members were extremely helpful and polite. The availability of dental kits, combs, coffee mix and tea bags in the lobby made the hotel very welcoming. The room was very clean. The comfortable slippers and pajamas in the room made one feel right at home. The blackout blinds and the quietness of the room enabled relaxing and restful sleep. The hotel's location was great due to its proximity to the bus and train stations. I would highly recommend this...

"Amazing"

"One of our favourite hotels on our trip, enjoyed accessing the bath. The room was beautiful and carefully appointed"

"Helpful staff. Good breakfast"

"Fantastic and very helpful staff! Clean and very comfy beds. Lovely view! And so handy to have station on the door step."

"Friendly staff"

The room is modern and well maintained, although rather compact. The king-size bed is positioned against the wall, which makes getting in and out of bed somewhat challenging, as one has to climb over the bed to reach the other side. The hotel does not have its own parking facilities....

"Très bon petit déjeuner , très varié. Personnel serviable. Le Onsen fait la différence."

"三ノ宮までポートライナーでアクセスできる便利さもありながら、静かで快適だった"
