"It was right by the station and had a nice view of the river. There are definitely great spots around Canary Wharf and Common House. The bathroom layout is weird and the room was a little small."

"The hotel was great, the room was large with a great view of the grounds and lake, even had a hot air balloon experience taking off from the grounds which was brilliant to see, the staff were very friendly and helpful. The breakfast buffet had plenty of options and was good quality, nice bar area including outdoor seating. hotel was in a great location with leeds castle very close by and multiple country pubs within a 10 minute drive"

"We stayed for 2 nights, our initial room was next to the lift and it was a bit noisy. However, after a visit to reception and a polite request for change of room, we were upgraded to a suite, free of charge, which was much more comfortable. The staff at The Bromley Court are amazing, most friendly and helpful."

"I would give 5* just for the breakfast staff working Saturday 18th, all super friendly and had a good attitude (Steven, Mara, raka). Too many issues with the room, ac not working properly, window broken, water leaking which affected water pressure, this wasnt told to us at check in, only found out when we called to complain, they charge you £6 just to send up some ice."

"Condition of my room was fair , wallpaper that looked like it had been painted over was peeling , Fan in room did not work and picture missing off wall but hooks left in it. Bathroom looked refurbished and nice, staff were nice. Unable to order room service as no one answered the phone , spa did not call me to make an apt. And I was unable to eat in the restaurant on both occasions I tried so I ate in the bar. "

"Really lovely hotel, would 100% stay again. Great location, really close to Old MacDonald’s farm and just off M25. Staff were all so lovely and helpful. Rooms great for families. Breakfast was delicious and plenty of choice. Even got a little welcome gift bag for the kids which they loved and a free drink or desert voucher! "

"We stayed here before and after our wedding and found the entire experience was superb. The room was clean, well furnished with good extras e.g. tea/coffee facilities (including nice biscuits!). The shower was fantastic which is one thing I feel often lets other hotels down, so this one was a win for us! The staff were incredibly helpful and friendly, and added extra touches to help us celebrate. The cooked breakfast was faultless and overall I would happily return here."
