"Good location, room size and ease of reaching to this place . Right in the heart of south Bank ."

"Great location with reasonable price. The room is spacious and clean. Yet two of the wall sockets of the drink area are not functional. Room cleaning service during the stay is also subpar as the bed sheet is not replaced after the first night. Overall I would expect more from a 4-star rating hotel."

"This hotel no longer provides shuttle service after 6 PM. Uber wouldn't pick us up because the hotel is so close to the airport. The taxi guy was really grumpy but the city makes the taxis take short trips. We were on vacation and didn't appreciate the grumpy taxi driver."

"Nice clean room Friendly staff. Nice breakfast with barista made to order coffee. One negative would be the shower pressure and nozzle, was a bit of a letdown after a long day."
