In piscina c'è troppo caos nell orario bimbi.
Non ha i servizi di una 4 stelle S. Non c'è solarium/sdraio in primavera o inverno e non ci sono tavolini all aperto.
Ci sono molte scale e con passeggini/carrozzine si è obbligati a prendere montacarichi molto lenti. Rampe assenti

"Struttura situata in posizione strategica per visitare la zona. Bella piscina (obbligo di cuffia), molto utile il servizio di noleggio biciclette gratuito per chi soggiorna con formula hotel.
Note dolenti: pulizia scarsa (sotto al letto non è stato mai pulito e c’era veramente molto sporco), pessima manutenzione (i porta asciugamani si staccavano in continuazione). Servizio bar lento, colazione non eccelsa (poca varietà di scelta).

"Aunque todo estuvo muyyy bien, lo mejor fue el restaurante, en el almuerzo nos comimos entre muchas otras cosas una cazuela Vasta, que estaba sencillamente espectacular y al otros día una pasta con langosta de chuparse los dedos y lo mejor de todo dentro del mismo hotel, sin tener que salir a ningún lado. Excelente chef👏
El desayuno que estaba incluido estuvo bien, pedimos huevos fritos y los hicieron, café al gusto también y había buena selección de jamones, quesos y panes.

"We were greeted with an attitude at first. Although the website states pool is open we were told it was closed. Room was great clean very spacious. Food at the restaurant was awesome. Our waiter Lorenzo, did a great job! Would totally recommend staying here. "
"What an amazing find in the heart of Italy! A beautifully restored castle with amazing gardens. The area around the castle was truly stunning and peaceful. It is just a short distance from the highway exit, but you never know it because it is just so quiet and relaxing. I would highly recommend this amazing place to everyone!"
