Comfortable place and front desk staff was friendly and helpful. Very good breakfast and again, friendly helpful staff. Beach was close and had a nice walking/biking path. Looks like a good summer location.

Comfortable hotel

Used the hotel as a stopover coming off the ferry in Brindisi. Comfortable hotel, but AC was not working too well. Parking on the hotel grounds could get a bit tight during peak season unless they have an overflow lot somewhere.

We arrived on a day with rain, during the peak of the Italian summer holidays, so this appeared to mean there were lots of families at a loose end. This impacted the first impression of the hotel as we entered to be greeted by a number of people sitting around in the spacious lobby, with a TV blaring children's cartoons. (Quite a contrast to the serenity which reined the next afternoon when we left.) The hotel is sleek and minimalist, with the feeling of a spa, which meant it had lots of nice facilities, such as a lovely swimming pool and stylish furniture, but this style did also tend to push the rooms into characterless and stark territory. This combined with our initial welcome didn't set the hotel off well, but with access to a private section on the beach and the lovely town of Vasto nearby, in good weather it would provide an excellent base for a sunshine holiday.

Hotel con parcheggio, struttura modera, personale gentilissimo e professionale, camera ampia così come il bagno, pulizia perfetta, letto comodissimo, smart tv grande, frigobar con acqua offerta dall’hotel. Vacanza iniziata e conclusa male

Abbiamo fatto la prenotazione tramite Hotel.com.. Sulla e-mail di conferma c’era scritto “balcone e vista sul mare” ma al momento del check-in ci hanno dato una camera al primo piano con vista parcheggio. Quando abbiamo protestato con la signora alla reception (che sembrava fosse la proprietaria) lei non conosceva neanche il sito Hotel.com, ripetendo la stessa frase “NON SIAMO NOI A ….” per farci capire che non aveva nessuna intenzione di cambiare la camera, ma quando le ho detto “Allora faccio un reclamo a Hotel.com”, immediatamente ci ha dato un’altra camera al quinto piano con la vista sul mare. Così la nostra vacanza a Vasto è cominciata male. Al moment del check-out la stessa signora ci ha dato la fattura con un importa maggiore di quello che risultava sulla conferma di prenotazione, sulla quale si leggeva “Il Comune applica una tassa di soggiorno: 2 EUR a persona. Abbiamo incluso tutti i costi che ci ha comunicato la struttura.”. Facevo presente alla signora che il sito non c’aveva messo al corrente dei costi della tassa di soggiorno, ma lei, scocciata, non voleva neanche vedere la conferma che avevo. Alla fine sono dovuta andare io a vedere il sito del comune dal quale ho appreso del nuovo importo della tassa di soggiorno di euro 2.50. In conclusione, credo che l’albergatore abbia l’obbligo di controllare la conferma di Hotel.com che esibiscono i clienti, soprattutto come in questo caso, se c’è scritto “Abbiamo incluso tutti i costi che ci ha comunicato la struttura.
