"The staff were wonderful, kind, and professional. They would go over and above to assist. We were limited to 3 restaurants; 2 were a buffet style which is not my thing. There is pool service for food and drinks. There is no shuttle to and from the airport. A taxi, Uber or other transportation is required if you are planning on leaving the resort for an outing. The drive to Sayulita was easy and quick. The weather was great, and there was no rip current. 10 mins from bucerias and 45 min...

"GREAT RESORT"

"Pool was dirty. Chaise lounges old and rusty"

"Todo excelente, playa, albercas, limpieza! Comida riquisima"

"I wish there are more options dinning."

"Beautiful resort. Clean, good food, clean pools. Rooms are a bit dated but we don't mind. Been here multiple times."

"Pool renovations where going on long beyond what was scheduled. They offered a beach club alternative. The Manager Pedro was very attentive to our concerns about it and upgraded us beyond our dreams. Excellent recovery. Friendly staff . Great location and facility. Would recommend and return."

"Return booking, kitchen was handy, nice location, pool good. Tv did not connect or work for the week. Shower flooded the staff were helpful but told me I needed to have the place cleaned daily to avoid that. Would book again"

"Had a great stay at La Joya. Beautiful property and incredibly nice and helpful staff."

"Me encantó, muy atentos"

"It was a beautiful place that needs some TLC. Maybe we just missed busy season but only a few guests there so it was a little spooky for my daughter not seeing anyone in this huge place. The very few staff members we saw were really nice but spoke little English so couldn't ask them much. That's ok since I was visiting their country and know basic Spanish. From a distance the pools look really nice but tiles falling off and not the cleanest, hot tubs half full with debris in them or closed...

"Habitación limpia y cómoda, espaciosa. El staff súper amable. La comida muy rica y la calidad muy buena. La chef prepara unas salsas deliciosas. En la habitación ofrecen de cortesía agua, cervezas, barritas, café y frutos secos; es un buen detalle. La habitación con vista al mar está espectacular, con una terraza y hamaca tal y como se ve en las fotos."

"The property was exactly as described. The place was spacious and perfect if you are looking for a private space to relax. Because of the hurricane we lost a night but were reimbursed by the property as promised without any hassle at all. When reading the reviews it was mentioned that the low ceiling could be an issue, I did find out that that is true but otherwise the place was fantastic!"

"This property is in the heart of Sayulita Very close to everything, also bustling in the evening and with that comes late night noise , if you have mobility issues this will not work well for you HOWEVER 😊 the staff is amazing and very helpful and accommodating, so many beautiful places to sit and relax and enjoy the view , ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️"

"La habitación las sábanas poco sucias. Las piscinas fuera de la habitación. Les falta mantenimiento. Del resto todo lo demás parece súper bien"
