"Location was perfect, staff was kind in helping reserve taxis or shuttle, food for a Michelin star restaurant was well below expectation for breakfast and dinner. Rooms were a bit tight and not setup for two people, more a solo traveler setup. Common areas and pool were very nice."
"Was staying locally for business but the pools open too late for an early swim, which was the plan...so a bit of a disappointment, upside is that you walk to Sting's pizza place :-)"
"My family and I had such a great time. Such a kid friendly place and at check in they even had a little playground while you waiting and gave the kids bubbles. So great to be in nature and all of the amenities were lovely. The waterparks that were padded on the ground were genius and we did a family wine tasting which was such a lovely memory. Our stay was so nice with the deck and the grocery store is so affordable for dinners in. Love love love! My toddler played all day and there were so many...
"Beautiful property with priceless views. The on-site restaurant also offered a nice light lunch. The pool area could have been spruced up a bit with some better furniture, but the room was beautiful. Be careful when using the shower as well as it is easy for the water to spray onto the floor. Make sure you understand where the property is located before booking as it is quite a ways outside of Florence city center. I rented a car and drove through the Tuscan hills to arrive."
"From the moment we arrived to the moment we left the staff were fantastic. Lapo, at the front desk, was extremely helpful in making last minute arrangements for anything we needed. The entire staff from the porters, bar tenders, cleaning staff and managers were friendly and accommodating. The property was picturesque and absolutely stunning. We wish we would have stayed more days just to enjoy the property itself. If you're having an afternoon drink on the patio bar or enjoying a scrumptious...
"OK..just about...quite an older style...slightly tired place..but in a good spot, near the motorway exit..virtually just over a mile away.
No frills, but 'does what it says on the tin'.."
"Camera confortevole , bagno pulito e molto grande . Televisore in camera molto piccolo. Colazione buona . Le piscine troppo affollate e con poca manutenzione . Nel prezzo della camera che è già abbastanza elevato potrebbero includere altri servizi della spa che invece sono tutti a pagamento ."
