"Excellent deluxe balcony room especially as it was an up grade. Looked over Matthew St but with yhe tripe glazing had no disturbance at all. Bed was very comfortable. Staff were so helpful and chatty, also had the opportunity to leave luggage on last day so could explore with out it , think they also offer his service if you arrive early as we went to do tjis. But we're able to check in early which was a bonus."

"The hotel is nice. The hotel pub is the same. And the staff is polite. The coffee machine DID NOT WORK in the room. You couldn’t even put the mug (from the hotel room not my personal one) to pour coffee in it because it is too big. In the room there are no sockets. I wanted to charge my laptop and other devices, I didn’t have where. There are two “sockets” on one side and the other of the bed STRICTLY for phone cables. Meaning you insert the cable directly. "Stayed in a Signature Suite spacious and spotless. Breakfast was one of the best I have tasted. Also would recommend getting a coffee out of machine in breakfast room Top class brew."
