"I found the hotel was very handy with the 24 hour desk especially as flight was delayed and missed the last train to Lucca and had to get a taxi. Staff was friendly and the rooms were clean and airy. Would highly recommend"
"We booked a small double room but it was very comfortable, and had everything we needed. The staff were very helpful and kindly tolerated my speaking Italian. Breakfast was varied and plentiful with great coffee. And the location was great - a walk from the station and a short walk from the city walls. Thank you"
"We had an amazing stay! Everyone, especially Mario was so kind and helpful. The location was great, breakfast was delicious and the room had everything we could have asked for. Thank you so much to the entire team. We will definitely be back!!!!"
"L'hotel è ospitato in una bella villa cinquecentesca. La camera era spaziosa e ben disposta, ma necessita di manutenzione. Il personale è molto gentile, la colazione abbondante. Buon rapporto qualità prezzo."
"Beautiful converted hotel constructed in the 1700’s. Modern amenities. Like an elevator. Room had spa batch and separate shower. Breakfast had sweets and fresh fruits along with cheeses and assorted meats. No eggs. Room was comfortable. Most important is its location in the middle of Centro storico. Parking was a few steps away. "
"Good bed.
Very nice shower.
Great pool.
Lovely breakfast team.
Quiet.
2 good walkable restaurants.
Good value.
Wi-fi strong.
Rooms need a coffee machine.
Better TVs.
Even though breakfast was reasonable quality a paid for better offering could be an option.
A wine list."
