"I stayed here with my family for 2 nights and really enjoyed all the amenities and the breakfast! Staff were all really nice, especially Esther at the front desk who helped answer my questions about Sun moon lake activities and helped us plan out our schedule! We will definitely be staying here again the next time we’re in Taiwan !"

"客房乾淨，設施維護得很好，服務人員也很和善"

"服務好，乾淨又舒適， CP值最高的是離忠孝夜市很近，逛街方便"

"整體分數是好的，也沒有什麼好挑剔的，一定會續住"

"Great location with beautiful lake view."

"L'emplacement était top. Le buffet du soir pourrait être de meilleure qualité pour un hébergement de ce type."

"Excellent"

Overall it was a nice stay for my family."

This is not just a...

"The staff is very helpful and breakfast and dinner has plenty of food and good selection for everyone. The property is beautiful but it is showing it’s age and hope they find someone who can restore is properly."

"A spacious room and bathroom were the strengths of our stay. The room itself was comfortable and large enough for two, and the bathroom was clean and pleasant to use. The setting was less convincing. The street around the hotel, and the hotel frontage itself, looked worn and poorly kept, with little sign of regular maintenance. Check-in was not available until 15:00. During the stay we mislaid the room card and were charged NT$500 for a replacement. That fee felt high for a key card. Sound...
