The room was clean and the amenity was great. The check in staff was friendly and helpful. The shuttle between the resort and train station was very useful and save money to ride a cab. My overall experience in this resort was great. Will come again

Buffet is overcharged, room service is reasonable. Facilities are bit old and wore out. For example, the Pool tables are wore out, they should be replaced.

Charming villa, but could use some updates

The hotel has a charming atmosphere, and the staff were friendly and helpful throughout my stay, the location is great for a peaceful getaway. The atmosphere felt cozy, and the amenities were adequate for my needs. Overall, it was a pleasant experience, but there are a few areas that could be improved, I did notice that the hotel feels a bit outdated and could benefit from some renovation. The facilities, including the furniture and bathroom fixtures, show signs of wear and tear, and it would be nice to see some upgrades. Regarding cleanliness, while I understand that being in a villa surrounded by nature can sometimes bring in bugs, I did find a few insects in my room, and there was a spider on my bed, which was a bit uncomfortable. I know this can happen in older, nature-surrounded buildings, but a little more attention to detail in this area would go a long way. Overall, it's a lovely place, but with some updates and improvements in cleanliness, it could be an even better experience.

Staff were very friendly and professional. Environment was quite nice. Breakfast has many variations , might be one of the best breakfast. Many parking spaces, and was easy to booking a golf car service. My only complaint is the bed itself was firm and pillows wasn't comfortable for me and my husband. Overall it was a nice stay for my family.
