Only issue was dogs not allowed in Restaurant, which is perfectly fine, but there was not outside seating for us to have dinner there so did not spend as much with them as we might. Lovely staff and great overall experience, best hotel we visited on our tour of Europe"

"Very nice hotel, excellently maintained, directly across the street from Lake Lugano and the Paradiso boat ferry stop. Not in the town center of Lugano but a short 1 KM walk from the center which we appreciated. Close to everything but a little removed and hence quieter"
