"Property was great, location great however I due to difficult communications I didn’t appreciate being loudly ‘ summoned’ by an irate hotel manager and shouted at by her for taking up an extra foot in the garage especially as I (thought) I had been told this was ok….I felt very uncomfortable over what was an innocent and minor mistake. The other guest an Australian chap (nice guy) needed the space also said he felt awkward about how she dealt with it. Otherwise a wonderful place "

"Arriving at the property via the small lanes not helped by GPS navigation led to very low expectations. Once inside the gate there was a surprise. The property is an ancient convent with a lovely Chaple. The grounds a wildly planted with many different and interesting ponds, large fountains, and plantings. "The Property and its people are very nice, there is a lot of tranquility and it is an ideal area to rest. I recommend that when making the reservation you also make a reservation for dinner at the hotel restaurant because if you do not do so, the food will not be served and you will have to drive at least 11 km away to get a place to eat that is not It will not have the category or quality of the hotel."

"We enjoyed our stay, the staff was friendly and helpful. The reception, pool, and restaurant all closed at 19:30 or 20:00, which was a bit disappointing /inconvenient. The mini fridge in our room was not functioning. Other than those minor complaints, our room was lovely, the views of horses were wonderful, and we enjoyed the on-site horse show. "
