The only criticism was shower was not very hot both in the evening or the morning, and there’s no parking but we were able to park down a side street (not sure where you would park during peak season) but was given a permit for 24 hours. "So it would have been easilllyyyyy 5 stars but we almost didnt even stay. So we had a booking and decided we would turn up for lunch around 1. We knew we couldnt check in until 3ish ( not a problem ) So we asked the reception we were early and would like some food. She was so rude and unoccomadating to us I said I would go elsewhere as did not feel welcomed at all. Yes it was a bit busy but it wasnt packed. And they should be able to accomadate all guests. Anyway glad we stayed as everyone else...

"I was really impressed with number 82, the correspondence when I booked the room was brilliant, and I wasn’t disappointed when I arrived. I actually stayed here twice in quick succession. It was very convenient having a kitchen, and a very modern one at that, the bath in the middle of the room was an odd but wonderful addition, and the room had been finished to a high spec. "Our stay was wonderful despite the weather. Fabulous spot for the beach and dog walking. Cannot recall a friendlier staff not just to us but to our canine companion who was very nervous of other dogs but was given unstinting patience and attention. Parking excellent. Food was delicious if over-generous in portions!"
