"Magnificent roof top pool and bar area. Buffet was a little on the bland side but overall great. All the staff members were great. The overall location was quiet and located close to many attractions."

"They're a little difficult when you go to Book I find if you book direct they'll offer you a 20% discount but they don't equate it to the same rooms that you get an Expedia. I just find they are very difficult to book direct and it's always cheaper to go through Expedia. "The property is very old, need to renovate"

Me ayudaron a reservar algunos servicios y traslados.

"The staff were all very friendly. Every single one greets you. You walk into the hotel and they greet you with cold refreshing towel and a glass of cold water. I felt so spoiled and pampered. And they always ask how you're doing or how was your day."

"Good location great design very accommodating stuff"

"The room was very clean and everything in the room was up-to-date. Staff was very friendly. We needed help with something in the room and they came right away. Breakfast was delicious. We left early for the temple one morning and they even made a breakfast to go and the pool was amazing on a very hot day. The hotel is very walkable to the city center, which is nice."

"Seriously, I'm not sure how and why there are all the 4- and 5-star reviews unless the place has gone downhill fast. Upon arrival, we were not greeted and had to walk up to get the conversation and check-in going. Curtly told us our room was not ready. 20 minutes later, it was ready. The room was not clean at all or well maintained as the pictures will show. The TV did not have any connection all I could get for and answer was something about ince Thailand, everything was old and the bathroom...
