"BE Tulum was on my list for a long time. It was all I have expected. Only things that were missing: Iron - Iron board No kettle or coffee machine. This was a big missing part. Also slippers can be given as floor is all natural. I think this could have been complimentary."

"Hotel has great potential, but is very poorly managed. This is a very expensive hotel and does not provide a service in line with what is charged. The beach is gourgeous, but full with plastic waste that comes from the sea. All neighboring hotels and restaurants clean their beaches, this one does not.
