"This is a 4.5-star property. (Not as high end as Four Seasons, Fairmont, Ritz & the like but close.) First, the staff. Everyone - front desk, concierge, banker, housekeeping, pool, etc., are friendly, attentive, helpful and professional. "Truly the best hotel I have ever stayed at. Everything was gorgeous and pristine. It was so nice having a full kitchen and laundry in our room. The pools were amazing and we had a blast. Everyone was so kind and helpful. Definitely looking forward to another stay. Highly recommend!!"

The parking is also very limited & not well lit at night which is concerning as a solo traveler. There also isn’t any concierge available to help with luggage."
