"Loved the bungalow but every time you pay with points you become less priority. I paid for ocean view and ment a lot to me and I’m pretty sure it was a partial view of the beach. I had 75% of my view was the next bungalow. When you pay with points, you become less of a important customer."

"The unit above me was doing a full massive renovation starting at 8am every morning. 8am is ridiculously early, and people starting coming in at 730am to prep for their 8am start and I could hear everything including them stomping back and forth in their construction boots. I went upstairs to complain and the guy said he told HOA about the construction- my unit should NOT HAVE been rented out during this time. "

"Besides a little confusion about the check in time, owner's emails said 3PM, VRBO's emails said 4PM, our whole stay was wonderful. We had everything we needed for our week-long stay. Plenty of towels, beach towels, and other basics. Our only challenge was where to put our wet towels after a shower. With four of us staying there, there needed to be more than one towel bar.
