"My room smelled like body odor when I arrived. My room key never worked right for the parking garage and they say parking height is 6’11” but really after the first few garage levels, it’s 6’8” clearance. I give it 4 stars. Still a pretty nice stay."

"This was a decent pet friendly stay. It was in a great location. The pet amenities were really great, but the closest place to pee was so far away (the waterfront) though. They should have a patch in the garage for late night wees. Breakfast looked good but we didn’t want to pay extra for it. I loved the lobby and the style of the hotel and the beds were so comfy."

"Staff was great. Damien was so helpful at the reception for recommending places to eat which were very close for breakfast lunch and dinner"

"Lobby coffee would be really great. The Powder creamer in the room is just gross. So if nothing else, use liquid creamer in the room if lobby coffee isn’t an option. Otherwise we always enjoy our stay! Staff is top notch!"

"The rooms are small yes but very clean and the property makes up for it with great amenities and hosting, games , good music smore hour and lots of rentals for outdoor use or indoor fun."

"Great location. Rooms are a little old, but whatever. Would stay here again."

"Amazing"

"Excelente habitación!"

"I booked here because of the sauna and the hot tubs. The sauna was broken. The hot tubs had bunches of hair floating in the tubs, not to mention there was a large pile of what felt like sand in the hot tub and when ya looked up there is obvious signs of mold damage with rusty pipes. The elevators are a trip. Historically, cool building, but as far as luxury, not so much."

"I loved riding the bikes that were available to rent through the city with my friend. The only issue was that two of the three bikes could have used air in their back tires! Bobby, the Restaurant Manager, and Ocean, the front desk receptionist, were easpecialy helpful!"
