"A cozy resort with a lovely small beach area directly in front of the hotel, with the longer beach area easily accessible too. Hotel staff were all genuine, very friendly and helpful. Rooms all very big with balconies, sofa and seat in room and huge bathroom with walk in wardrobe area. Restaurant was nice with enough food choices but not huge ranges (with corresponding huge waste usually!) like other bigger resorts might have. Drinks and food not included in your plan were close to London...

"Hotel not as described, the pool is and has been closed for months despite being advertised on the website (and hotels.com website) as being available, not the case. Ruined the stay. Hotel only willing to offer 10% refund which was rightly declined. Offer upped to include dinner, also declined. Hotels.com were worse than useless and their rep couldn't even work out 10% of the total, failed as basic maths and under refunded despite me refusing the refund anyway. Went to American Express...

"The staff were very approachable and friendly and the ambience was nice. However food wise, much improvement needed in terms of the variety and 4* standards. Property is a bit dated. Ambre Suite could do with much improvement, there's big space but not smartly laid out out. Overall I would rate it 7/10. "

"From arrival to departure,we always were greeted with a smile and utmost courtesy. The property is kept in pristine condition, various pool areas to suit family ,couples etc. The all inclusive options are excellent value. We got to chat with Mr Sachi Bundun( hope I got his name right !!) as he oversaw the personnel at meal times .He answered our queries and happy to throw in his suggestions. "Our one week, all inclusive stay, was simple perfect. Great welcome by the team on arrival with fast check in to our lovely modern, bright and clean room. No TV in room as it's all about switching off from and that's exactly what we did. The property is only 2 years old so everything is just perfect, yet it looks well established. Choice of 2 beautiful pools with lots of loungers and day beds. There were organized sport activities and even complimentary glass bottom boat trips and snorkeling...
