"I booked two rooms at 5pm and my booking was accepted. When we arrived at 7 we were told our room would not be ready for 2 hours. I’m not sure why I was able to book the rooms when they had not been cleaned and wouldn’t be ready for at least 2 hours. They offered a communal shower room but still not good enough. As booking had already taken our money we were stuck. They offered changing facilities. Rooms should be available from 3pm as advertised . Otherwise the hotel is dated as are the rooms. The pool areas well maintained. "

"Everything was 1st class. Excellent room, staff always available to make guests happy, beautiful setting and many amenities in this large resort. May not be good for someone who would like a more intimate experience."

"The host was very kind and responsive. The property was newer and well maintained. Well equipped with everything we needed for over a weeks stay."

"Only thing i did not like is no one to carry my luggage when arive when going out and the property the breakfast is same food every morning.the staff sahera was very helpful "

"Great place, quiet, food options was minimal. But there ate nearby restaurants. Food was really good but many ants during breakfast buffe and on the tables during lunch/dinner. We were confronted by the restaurant manager one morning and askes why we did not like the mauritian buffe the night before. Only one of us had the buffe and it was amazing. So i dont know what happend there."

"Good value for money and location great about 2 minutes walk from Trou Aux Biches public beach. Very Clean and functional. You need to provide your own dishwashing liquid, kitchen towels and even own toilet paper once the 2 we were supply with were finished. Not really a hassle considering the good value. WiFi very slow. "
