"Beautifully situated next to the beach in Falmouth, although it is a shame that a large building obscures much of the sea view. Upon arrival the receptionist was rather brusque, not to say rude, and just barked “surnames” in our direction, which wasn’t very welcoming. The luxury suite with sundeck room was very nice and comfortable with a good shower, great bed and shower. The bar staff were excellent and very friendly. "We enjoyed our harbour view room very much. There was always something going on around the harbour. it was quite a long way to the main Falmouth attractions so we ate mostly at the hotel . The food and drink at the hotel was quite pricey but perhaps on a par with other hotels in the area. The breakfast was good and plentiful. The staff were helpful . The surroundings were a bit drab and the outside space quite limited and close to the road. The hotel was in need of decoration in some areas....

"We stayed for week in a Garden Room during a visit to Cornwall with my wife during a heat-wave. The room was large and airy with two bathrooms. The staff had put a large fan in the room and it was running when we went in and it kept the room at a comfortable temperature during the stay. We had breakfast every morning included.
