Lobby has a water leak the ceiling could fall anytime"
"I found the hotel was very handy with the 24 hour desk especially as flight was delayed and missed the last train to Lucca and had to get a taxi. Staff was friendly and the rooms were clean and airy. Would highly recommend"

"This hotel is conveniently located within the historic city wall. The room was clean and comfortable. Great staff and hospitality. I would definitely stay there again."
