"The location of this hotel was great, however we struggled with a few things. The room was fairly clean, but we had a dirty pillow. The shower was not well maintained. When you step in, the floor sinks a little and makes a squishy sound as if there is a puddle underneath. The drain needs to be cleared as the water would pool during a shower, even without the stopper in. Overall we had mixed experiences with the the staff. On certain occasions, we would say hello/hola and get no reply or smile....

"サンツ駅のすぐ近くでアクセスも良く、飲食店もたくさんあり便利でした。観光するのも徒歩圏内で、ここに宿泊して良かったです。朝食は種類少ないが、静かに食べれて、卵料理やカプチーノはお願いすると持ってきてくれました。部屋はトイレとシャワーブースの間に洗面所、 脱衣所はなく、トイレもドア一枚なので 友人やカップルだと少々気になるかもしれません。ティッシュペーパーは必要なので、部屋にあったら良かったです。"

"Have been to NH hotels before in Spain and have always liked their breakfast. We had a room on the 6th floor. Window facing the court which probably was good considering the busy street that the hotel is located at. Very charming decor. Small, but efficient gym because there was both mornings only the two of us. Breakfast didn’t disappoint. Staff very helpful. Can recommend."
