"It is a party hotel. A lot of kid parties and guests at pool who were not hotel guests. Also encounted "dancers" in the elevator after leaving a suite down the hall talking about yhe gig they just finished and trying to promote their services to another guest in the elevator. Elevator mechanics are loud as well. Our room wasnt even near the elevators but heard them running all night and early morning. Location is good, pool is big, but just not the type of vibe i was expecting. "

"The parking is onsite in a ramp and complimentary and very convenient.
The property was in significant disrepair. It is a large property with many guests, and only one elevator was working throughout the weekend. This made the utilization of the elevators nearly impossible. The room's heat was overactive, with the room extremely hot even after setting the wall units to 60 degrees. The shower barely put water out during use with most water coming out of the tub faucet."

"Well the first room we got was nasty so they had to give us another room. The entire stay there was horrible, marijuana smells through the vents, kids loud & playing knock and run, loud all through the night. Many kid birthday parties going on. I wouldn’t visit there again."

"Our room was spacious, clean and well appointed. I love a bathroom with good lighting and the tv in the vanity mirror was fantastic to catch the morning news as we got ready!!
The staff was exceptional. From check in, to drinks at the bar, to room service, everyone was incredibly friendly and professional. I highly recommend Hotel Arista. "
