"The staff here were absolutely amazing. They gave us great recommendations for food and things to do, and were just all round very helpful. I would highly recommend anyone wanting to stay in Lyon to give this place a try. Lovely location, lovely building and wonderful staff. "

"Every young lady at the front desk was warm, friendly, helpful, and welcoming. The men mostly acted like I was inconveniencing them (I had only 1 positive interaction with the men). However, I will return to this property because the foyer is huge, bright, and airy—unlike anything anywhere except Las Vegas. The room was spacious by French city standards, clean, bright, and with a truly unbeatable view. It was an oasis but so conveniently located directly in front of the tram and an uber was always only 4 minutes away. I stayed in the room a great deal because I was tired of the city and THOROUGHLY enjoyed the room. I’m returning for sure!"

"The relaxation pools were a nice feature. The rest of the property was clean and in good condition. The room was clean, with a reasonably comfortable bed. The neighbourhood was central and very convenient for getting to several popular spots. "

"Very close to Part Dieu station but very quiet inside. If you are a walker it is a flat walk to the old town but the Metto line is convenient. The staff were delightful and very helpful. The restaurant was very good."

The location is great, right next to the river and within walking distance old Lyon, the opera, Croix Rousse. There's also a large choice of restaurants around."
